Positive words from a friend or loved one can motivate you. Sometimes when you feel like you failed you just need that positive vibe to reach out to you.

Good things do take time but you have to be patient and stay positive.”

The best way to start thinking positively is if someone around you motivates you positively. I have a few four-word phrases that I’ve been told when I’m having negative thoughts.

“It’s never too late” is a positive phrase. It’s never too late to try new things. You can change for good. It’s never too late to say sorry and fix a misunderstanding with a friend or loved one. It’s never too late to accomplish your goals.

“Enjoy the little things.” Enjoy every little minute you spend with family and friends because you never know when you won’t see them again. Create priceless moments to remember. Cherish those who care and love you. Never take a moment or someone for granted.

“Help each other heal” is when someone is hurt and you want them to feel better. You can boost up their self-esteem and be positive around them so they can think positive and heal. Always focus on the positive things and soon the negative vibe will go away.

“Good things take time.” Take time and don’t pressure yourself but never settle for less. Good things do take time but you have to be patient and stay positive. Don’t rush things — anything worth having is worth the wait.

“You can do it.” Never quit on yourself. Prove those who doubt your effort wrong. If you fall get back up stronger. Keep trying, keep going. Your hard work pays off. Keep your mind away from the cant’s and keep your mind set on that goal. You can do it if you set your mind to it.

Every day is a new day; a new beginning. You start fresh and always start your day with a positive vibe.

Some important thoughts you should always keep in mind are “good things take time,” “you can do it,” and “enjoy the little things.”

These phrases have kept me positive and kept me seeking for my goals.
